Role overview
As a Senior Consultant (Technical – BI / AI) at Centida, you will play a key role in designing and implementing data-driven solutions that enable better decision-making.
You will work at the intersection of business requirements, data architecture and technical implementation, taking ownership of workstreams and guiding clients in building scalable BI and AI solutions.
You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders — including CFOs and finance teams — and technical implementation, ensuring that solutions are both technically robust and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement BI and analytics solutions to support reporting, planning and performance management
- Develop scalable data models and architectures integrating multiple data sources such as ERP, CRM and production systems
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs
- Take ownership of technical workstreams within client projects
- Guide clients in structuring and improving reporting and data environments
- Develop dashboards and reporting systems that provide clear and actionable insights
- Support or lead the implementation of AI and advanced analytics use cases, including forecasting and predictive models
- Ensure data quality, consistency and reliable KPI calculations
- Collaborate closely with management consultants to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Interact directly with senior client stakeholders and present results
- Contribute to internal solution development, knowledge building and standardization
- Support business development activities such as proposals and solution concepts
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- 4–7 years of experience in BI, data engineering, analytics, or consulting
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, including reporting, dashboards and data modeling
- Proficiency in DAX and Python for data manipulation and analysis
- Understanding of SQL and database structures
- Experience with ETL processes and data integration techniques
- Experience with cloud data platforms, in particular Azure
- Experience with AI and machine learning use cases

- Fluency in German and English for client-facing work
- Understanding of financial modelling, including P&L, cash flow and balance sheet

- Industry exposure in areas such as manufacturing, energy or services
